Hello, as a small college football player, I am hoping to add muscle in the offseason. I was wondering if anyone could advise about a solid supplement regiment that might help. I have previously taken creatine, and whey protein, and noxplode. I am looking for more aggressive methods. Can anyone offer advice?
I would appreciate any help I can get, I just can't afford to waste money on products which won't help.
