Yes it would be fine. But BU and Powerfull are both test boosters. I would go with Blue Gene + Powerfull for a killer stack. They work via different pathways.

A Blue Up - Test booster
A Powerfull - Test booster

B Prime - Anabolic (something?)
B Blue Gene - Anabolic Activator / Estrogen Regulator


So I would stack any A with any B
