  • im a bit confused on meal timing w/ my stack

    Lately ive been having some trouble with meal timing and eating before my stack...i remember hearing i shouldnt have protein too close to taking my stack...and i end up eating 2 hours before my stack then i am very hungry when i take it...i end up having an apple an hour before the stack

    what kind of changes would u guys suggest? what kinds of food to have before the stack?

    here is a normal day of diet:
    9:00 am -3 omega eggs and 5 whites in ezekiel wrap
    11:00 am-50g whey iso 1 cup oats 2tbsp natty pb
    1:00 pm-8 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice 1 cup green beans 1/3 cup cashews
    2:00 pm-apple(very hungry at this point!)
    3:00pm-2 scoop flood 1 scoop mag 4 scoop glycer w/ 1 bananna or peach
    3:30-4:15 workout and 2 scoop wrath
    4:15post workout shake carbs and protein and aminos
    5:30 pm-8 oz steak 1 cup brown rice 1 cup veggies
    8:30pm-50g whey iso 2tbsp natty pb

    9:30-10pm bed

    drink alot more water after your 1 pm meal, might help keep ya full plus it will give better effects of the white flood.. might be worth a shot to try for a cpl days, worst case is you piss alot more lol
