Heard great things about REDuction. I'm looking to lose weight and although I've been lifting the past few weeks, Changed my eating habits, eating more Protein, limited carbs, basically an Atkins kind of diet. I've also noticed that my weight loss is very small amounts. I used to lift in my younger years, and just now getting back in to at at the age of 42.
So any weight loss tips, recommended supplements, and samples are appreciated.
