took 4 of the 8 white flood pills yesterday and did bi's and tri's and omg did i get a pump like never before!! felt like my arms would explode. was focused and worked out extremely hard!!! 3rd and 4th sets were actually easier than the first 2 sets. awesome!!! gotta get some of this stuff. does it only come in pill form? I can't remember. those pills are big! lol
