Hey whoever reads this....... I have been taking flood/magnitude together about 30-45 minutes pre-workout. I just decided to add Purple Wraath to my stack. Can somebody tell me whether I should be taking 1 scoop or 2 scoops. I weigh about 165 pounds if that matters... thanks.

i do 2 scoops sipped on for about an hour and a half, usually diluted with more water throughout the workout.
