  • Blue Gene/Blue Up Stack Question.?

    ok, i work out in the a.m. so i wake and have a scoop of whey andscoop of waxy maize. i wait approx. 15 min and have a piece of wheat toast and 12oz milk with 1/2 scoop of casein. i then wait approx. 45 min and take my WF/GM then head to the gym sipping my PW. would it be best to take my BG/BU combo with the WF/GM or take it with my pre wo meal? it takes me approx. 20-25 min to get to and in the gym after drinking my WF/GM. i know most supps are 30-45 min pre wo, but i also don't wanna take them with a meal if it'll delay absorbtion also. thanks.

    I'd take the BG / BU right when you wake up or even the night before

          I'm just curious as to why this dosing timing would be better (your experience perhaps?).

          Currently I'm following the 1 hour previous to workout dosing of BG on the bottle. If I could take it in the morning that would be more convenient since I work out in the afternoon but don't usually have a nailed down time due to schoolwork. I just work out between about 1500-1700.

            When do you train? I don't see why you would take it that early. They say one hour post.
