White Flood Bad ???!!!

I opened my new container of WF today and noticed it had alot of clumps and tiny small dark hard pebbles in it. I went ahead and used some and it was really bitter tasting and didn't seem to have the same umph to it as previous. Is it possible it is bad? The experation date is 06/11 and the lot # is 0806273. It doesn't have a manufacture date. I bought it through bb.com. If bad I suppose I can send it back to them for another? Really sux cause I loooove my WF pre wo!!!!

I know this is an old thread. I'd rather not make a new one for this as it is relevant.

I have been off WF for a month now and it's time to get back to it. I just opened my WF and it was one big solid clump. Had to take a knife to it like an ice pick to free it up. It's the same lot # as the OP. Now that I got it pretty much freed up, I imagine I should put it in the fridge, right? Or will I have to deal with this more often even in the fridge? My GM and PW are fine and they are in the same cabinet that the WF was. Not sure what's up with that. If it were moisture or heat, I'd think the other two would show the same condition. Right?

Should I keep all 3 in the fridge?

keep the white flood in the fridge. for the future, dont keep supplement in the kitchen, it shot and humid in there.
