Green Mag On Off Days?

I searched around and looked at the Green MAG FAQ, couldn't find the answer so sorry if I'm making a repeat thread.

I currently take 2 scoops WF and 1 scoop Green Mag in the same shaker bottle 15-20 mins before I work out. Now on off days, do I still need to take Green MAG?

Yes, it's recommended that you take it daily.
