i wrote something there, only cos i was saddened to see all the intrabolic whoring, not cause i care about the tread.

bb.com seems to be like product/company whore central now. i am very glad i quit browsing them forums - besides the topic of the week - long ago.. i think it made me a better person overall, in all aspects of my life to be quite honest.

I learned alot there when i was young; now I seek elsewhere for most information. .. too many company reps whoring up the threads

as for your response over there about xtend and PW -- they are fairly similiar (both amino type products). I use them somewhat interchangeable, though I typically stick with PW intra/pre workout and xtend post and at other times in the day.

xtend is more of a product you need to use regularly for awhile to see results. theres no instant feel type thing like PW with the tingles ... i do like both alot, especially the citrull malate in xtend
