  • Advice needed

    I have a WF/PW/GM stack that I will start to take soon. Should I take a protein shake pre-workout with the WF and GM? I will of course post workout but I was wondering of there was a easier way without drinking so much before a workout. Thanks for any help.

    I think carbs are more important than protein pre workout. But no, I would take the WF/GM on an empty stomach.

          I would do carbs 45 mins pre, and then WF/GM 15-20 mins pre
