  • can anyone guide me in the right direction ?

    hey so i just got
    -purple wraath
    -white flood
    -greenMag
    -Golden finish

    i was just looking for some ideas on when to take them
    and how (ex. mixing them)?

    what should i take on my off days ?

    and heck.
    what do you guys think and the training method time under tension ??

    This is the ideal way:

    White Flood and Green Mag - Pre (you can mix together), they suggest with some carbs so it doesn't upset your stomache
    Purple Wraath - Intra (I do 1 scp w/32ozs water)
    Golden - Post

    Make sure to drink LOTS of water!! That's a nice stack.

        ok thanks .. so if i have 1000g of creatine
        that i got just because of a sale
        can i take that on the off days and save the green mag?

            Great stack!!!

            Time Under Tension is a nice method. I've gained some good muscle on it. Just remember it's not the method of training you use, but the fact that you change it from time to time.

                  you play ball?

                  i used to pitch, and will be doing my graduate thesis with baseball players..

                  im dieing to get back into it.. i still dream big about it, even though i havent thrown seriously since HS.. my arm is still great, i just need to get it into pitching shape again and all..
