Watched all of the videos, wow, Kane is insane. Seriously though, cat food? I can find cans of good tuna on sale for the same price. Very awesome though and very inspiring. Never thought to premix and chill PW. Can the same be done w/all of the powdered supps or is there worries of degredation?

oly squats with a slosher... i love it! you could also use a keg filled with water, would be heavyy haha
on the glute hams at the end, you should look to straighten the legs out each rep and get a full back extension in, then fire the glutes+hams to raise the body back up to 90degrees at the knee.
also, the squats in the beginning look like the knee is drastically moving past the toes -- not good for the knee joint -- the bodyweight squats at the end look better though... you aware of that at all?
