i think the answer to that would be 2scoops -3scoops would be good with 1.5L of water
but yeaah this year ive made to many mistakes thinking if i take what supplements other people take id be that big but i wasnt i thought i knew it all seriously but my meals wasnt enough i didnt get enough calories and eating bad radicals
check out kane's meal diet thats better
this is a reminder for me to stop looking what oher people take i wont be like them dont take offence just my 2 cents

I completely agree with you. You have to do what works for you. I use PW right now and today I had 400ml w/ 2scoops was at the gym for 2hours and was just pumping it. I have been with PW for about a week now and today was by far the best workout I have had on the stuff.
Yesterday I tried 1 1/2 scoops with about 600ml but didn't do much at all.
I def think 2 scoops is the winner but if I were to have other supps before hand I could prob lower the scoops and up the water (which I want to do as I drink a shit load of water at the gym as it is when I workout).
