recent thoughts from highly respected sources have me completely second guessing weather or not half of the supplements I use are really beneficial, based on how many irregular chemicals and artifical ingredients/flavorings they include..

a protein maybe like a whey type protein? that has both fast acting proteins in it and slower digesting proteins in it. with extremely low carbs and calories. something that can be taken when cutting. and good flavor! ugh i want to like golden gains so much but i gag when i tasted my sample. better flavors!
