pre-bed supplement? like one actually made specifically for pre-bed?


or ofcourse.. like everyone else hits on... a post workout concoction? something to take along side your protein shake... mixed in with some nice recovery-based ingredients... and add in some dextrose for flavour

Like the idea of a pre-bed supplement...

Maybe some ingredients to encourage a good nights sleep.

Another idea is A Omega 3-6-9 Supplement.

Omega Fatty Acids are really important, and I'd love to see a omega 3-6-9 supplement geared toward weight lifters

white blood is great pre-bed, dont see them designing a specific prebed product (unless possibly a thermogenic to compliment red acid?or some kind of unprecendented product)

omegas are easy to get from other various locations, as a supplement any weight lifter with common nutrition knowledge should know they are very important, and easy to obtain in fish oil products (health from the sun is my fav)

unless you can get the omegas into a powder-type weight gainer/meal replacement shake, i wouldnt see it be utilized..and im not even sure if that is scientifically possibly..

controlled labs seems to go for big things with their products rather than reinventing the wheel so to speak..

A great anytime/nighttime protein would complete it !! I use WF,PW,GM and GF and love em. If you guys had a protein it would mean I wouldn't have to use BSN's Syntha 6(although it's great). I used all their stuff till the ingredient deal went down. Glad it did cause I love my CL products better now anyway !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I'd use Controlled Labs Omega 3's
