I'm assuming the last two things I mentioned are the ones you are unfamiliar with. Dodder Seed boosts GH production through the same mechanism as Avenosides (in fact it is essentailly Aveno Sativa's (sp) Big Brother) and L-Dopa from my limited understanding is a precursor to Dopamine and Increases Levels of such and in turn GH production in the brain.

There are a ton of other things that would also be useful here Forslean, Bacosides, Phenibut...
