I also take in some simple sugar before bed. It helps replace the glucose lost r/t in take of excessive libations. Therefore decreasing the hang over affect.

ill rememeber that. how much sugar? so basically a marz bar or something would help prevent a hang over the next day? interesting.

but the candy bar would help somewhat just by putting something in your stomach ...
