i brought 2 or 3 back to school.. think i used em all.. even 1 pack a night works well



generally, a multi before i go out is enough, and if im hammered, ill take a multi before passing out too hopefully...

HAHA u guys are like me before i drink i take a multi vitamin to help stop some of the damage, and a multi after before i go to bed...helps somewhat! plus lots of water afterwards.

I also take in some simple sugar before bed. It helps replace the glucose lost r/t in take of excessive libations. Therefore decreasing the hang over affect.
