I am new to taking CL products and thank god my friend kept telling me I could see much better gains with CL than with the BSN I was taking before. This is what I take.
Optimum Whey Protein shake one hour pre workout.
GM 45min pre workout
GB only two capsules because of the GM 45min pre workout
WF on the way to the gym 20 min (works great)
PW on the way home from the gym
And twenty minutes later when home I take another protein shake.
I also take two scoops of the Syntha 6 before bed. The only BSN I still take. I really like the Syntha. Seen great gains from it.
Does this seem like a good plan along with my vitamins and a good high protein diet?
Plus I cycle the WF 30 days on 5 off. Should I be doing the GM or PW the same or just take them everyday??
