i just bought my tub of white flood i had a tub of GreenMag but only used 3 times and decided to get whiteflood also so here it is.. will i get best results with this?? i read about empty stomach but will this be ok and still give me strength and pumps??
Meal (3.30pm) :
7-8oz Tuna w/ little hot sauce
1oz almonds / other nuts / 1tbsp peanut butter
Pre workout (5pm) :
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops whey protein
5:30 1scoop GreenMag with 2scoops WhiteFlood MIXED TOGETHER IN 20oz WATER
w/o 6-745
Post workout 7.45PM :
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops whey
