    Orange Triad and ZMA

    Can you safely use a standalone ZMA product alongside with the Orange Triad multivitamins? I was comparing labels and saw that OT has the same amount of zinc and vitamin B6, but slightly less magnesium than my Optimum Nutritions ZMA.

    sure, but you should always cycle zma often. I personally dont find zma so useful.

      Do you have any cycling recommendations? I haven't started taking anything yet, I'm still waiting a couple more days for everything to clear out of my system before I begin a new working out cycle/regime. This will be my first time using ZMA and Orange Triad.
