Hey guys.. The local fourm noob is back with more questions! I have been on my WF,GM and PW stack for 5 days now and it's great! My questions is what I'm supposed to do with the timing of my stack on my Cardio/Ab days saturday and off days sunday. During the week, I take my WF/GM pre w/o at about 4:45 and sip my PW through out my w/o from 5-7ish... On Satudays, I usally wake up around 9am, eat some breakfast then head to the gym around noon to do HIIT and Abs. On Sundays I sit in my apartment all day on the couch watching tv and relaxing... Best day of the week!
At what time should I be taking my stack on these days?
And...
Can I combine the WF/GM/PW all together at once in 40oz and drink it to get it over with on Sunday?
