When did you guys start requiring the reciepts? It wasnt like that a year ago when I started collecting. I dont have the reciepts anymore, so all my labels are useless?

If you cut the lable off the bottle with the plastic from the bottle still attached, you dont need the receipt. If you simply peel the lable off, you need the receipt. Now as far as Reduction and BlueGene are concerned, I have no idea since the UPC code is on the cardboard box. I went ahead and sent the receipt for the ones I sent in from those two products.

Ya but it didnt use to be like that. I dont save all my bottles from more then a year ago and no way can I find my reciepts plus bb.com said they dont keep records that long.
