So I've been peeling my labels and sticking them on a piece of paper...and tonight I read it fully, including the asterisks and it says you need the plastic from the tub as well? Really? What's the reasoning behind that? I've got eight saved up right now, and the actual tub for a few of them, but a few have also long since been recycled. The only thing I can think of is you're trying to keep it so anyone working in a store or selling as a retailer can't horde them? How would they sell them then with a hole in the tub?

Also, since the tubs are all generally the same, can I just stick the few I have onto another tub piece I cut out? I guess how would anyone know the difference? I don't want to, but I'd hate to miss out on the few I don't have the tub for, and since they've all already been peeled...are these now worthless for trading in?

we changed it a few years back as people were going into stores and ripping them off of bottles. you can send them in with receipts instead of being stuck on the tub

That's understandable. You don't want to be rewarding people for stealing stuff!

So, in my situation do I have any recourse? Some of the tubs I have I puchased quite a while ago, and I rarely keep receipts. I'm not sure if I can stick the labels back on a cut piece of tub, but what about sending in pictures of the tub, or the part of the tub with part of the rest of the label? I may be able to print some of my old ones off that I ordered online, but the ones I got locally or that have had receipts drop off the order history I may not be able to do anything for. I'll make sure I'm cutting out the tub going forward, and I've only got like 8 right now, I'd just rather be able to use them at some point (likely for a gym bag!). Thanks!

What if you have the bottles from the oximega kit but dont have the box they came in? Those bottles dont have a barcode just say not for individual sale... Do we still get credit for these? What do we send in?
