I'm gonna log my spring semester training, will include golden finish x2 (cool sale) and a plethora of other things.

I'm stoked, my gf is doing an internship @ temple, so i wont have to get the train home & back every weekend to see her! It's time for some sirius training.

Should I just log the effects I feel & see like in my OT log or with this sort of product is it more preferred that I post my exercise sets and reps and such.

The more detail the better, it looks great so far
