Training experience: Started working out hardcore 3 years ago for MMA/martial arts - took a little break from MMA, but still working out 5 days a week + cardio
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
4 day split - chest, arms, back, legs/shoulders. if i am feeling squirley i will add 2 parts together for a week (like chest-tri, back-bi, etc.)
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 3 mile runs medium to high intensity (weighted vest) after every workout - heavy bag work 2 times a week
Current supplements (exact brand/product name required): Vitamin Shoppe Multi vitamin, ON Whey, Scivation Vasocharge
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
oatmeal, eggs, tuna, veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese, peanuts, peanut butter, lean ground beef, chicken
macros - cal 2300, protein < 200g, fat ~ 110g carb ~125-150
Current Daily water intake: 2 gal +
Short Term Goal: gain some mass on my shoulders and biceps
Long Term Goal: stay around or under 8% BF my whole life

WHY should we choose you ! !): I have been a serious lifter for little over a year now and have been lifting for almost four. I just started eating the right diet a year ago changing it as so do my goals. I've always been a sports stud/jock in high school but decided I needed to bring my game to another level, and the only way to do that was lifting weights and working on agility and speed. Ever since after my Sophomore year I can't get off my computer unless im lifting, lifting as become like nicotine to me and I am always wanting to learn and try new products.

I don't have a set Cardio schedule, it is basketball season right now so believe me, I get my cardio in for sure. After a few workouts ill do some plyometrics still.

I'm in the middle of changing my diet, as I'm planning on bulking. I realize this is going to be hard during basketball, the calorie intake will DEFIANTLY be really high. It isn't going to be a completely clean bulk, but I'll try and keep it close.

One and a half gallons usually but I try for two.
Short Term Goal:
Increase bench back up to 315

Gain 20-25 pounds

My training started in in 1998 when I was 13 years of age and needing to gain strength for basketball. I was fortunate enough to get a small weight set for Christmas that year and worked out a bit over the course of high school. Today, I can admit that I did not know what I was doing and did not use the gift to the best of my abilities.
I first began to lift weights frequently in January of 2004, my first year of University. I had gained a TON of weight since high school, roughly 50lbs. The weight went on very quickly and new that if I didn't do something about it quick I would be in a lot of trouble. I lost about 55lbs in five months, from 225lbs to 170lbs. This was the leanest I have ever been in my life and of course, the most dedicated time of my lifting career. I hardly skipped training, missing maybe two or three workouts in those five months.
The last 8 months I have been extremely dedicated and found a new passion for the sport and for myself. I have tried my best in the weight room every workout and have seen great progress in the year of 2007. I have lost about 18lbs (mostly fat) and numbers have gone way up as well. I have tried a couple new splits, changing from 4 day to 5 day and concentrating as much as possible on lifting heavy. I have also been able to try a couple new supplements which seemed to help as well. So far training has been good and I look forward to even better workouts in 2008. Each workout brings a new meaning of intensity for me and I love pushing the limits on what my body can achieve.
