is it okay to mix

would it be okay to us the BU both stim free and orginal during the same mix... if if it was to go like.. Blue UP stim free > before bed and the original version first thing in morning and before cardio.... or would it be overkill ???

its fine, but you still dont need more than 2 caps between both. it wont hurt to take more (of the stim free one), but there may not be additional benefits
