Which method of taking PW have you seen the best results?
I take one scoop about 15 min prior w/GG and then 1 scoop to the gym w/me with more GG. I mix both w/Crystal Lite lemondade and have really started to like the taste, even though I hated it at first! I've heard it's better w/Peach but we don't have that here, so I don't know. Haven't really done the 4-6 scoops a day like some people cause my pockets aren't that deep to be buying this stuff every 15 days
Still doing PW at:
2 scoops 30 mins. pre, 2 immediately pre, then 2 immediately post. This regimen is still working very well. Yes, I burn up tubs pretty quickly, but it does make a difference, and I consider it money well spent.
