      5am - small meal (oats)
      5:30am - green bulge
      5:45am - white blood
      6am - Purple wraath + glycergrow
      6:15am - Training

        Is it better just to take white blood at night and i will take the PW when i go to speed camp after weight lifting...and should i take some GG with the PW when I do the Speed camp?
