  • Critique my stack.

    Just started taking my Controlled Lab products and want to make sure I am following a good dosing and schedule.

    My primary goal is weight loss and toning.

    30-60 min. Pre- Workout

    (1) Scoop Green Mag
    (1) Scoop White Flood
    (2) Red Acid Gen 2

    During Workout

    (1) Scoop Purple Wrath
    (1) Scoop GlycerGrow

    Remainder of day:
    (3) Blue Up
    (2) Red Acid
    (3) Blue Up

    All spaced 3 hrs apart.

    (2) Scoops of Glycergrow spaced out over day

    (1) Sesaglow x 3 times daily.

    Before Bed:
    (4) White Blood

    So what do you think?

    Move the GG to preworkout. GG is not necessary on off days. The rest looks solid.

      So if I move GG to pre-workout, should I take all 3 scoops in 1 serving?

        You can, however I prefer going with 2 scoops pre with your GM and then 1 scoop during.

          this is a good method if you have a way to take gg during, for many it gets too messy/annoying
