      I don't want to add any confusion here... but it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE if you are going with the:

      a) Blue UP - Original

      or

      b) Blue UP - Stim FREE

        Here is what I do (I normally workout in the evening):

        7pm:

        Green Bulge
        White Blood
        GlycerGrow
        Water
        Whey Protein
        Granola bar

        8pm:

        Purple Wraath
        Water

        8:15pm:

        Gym
        Water !!!!!

        10pm:

        Granola Bar
        Whey Protein
        Creapure

        11pm:

        Solid food meal (usually includes Chicken or Beef)
        (Note:This is where I would add the Blue UP - Stim FREE)
