I just got my jug of purple wraath and just have a quick question. I take size-on during my workout so I was wondering would it be better to take purple wraath pre or post workout?? Thanks for any help with this.

you can mix both together and sip on it during your workouts....alot of peopel do 1 scoop of wraath pre and mix 1 scoop of wraath with sizeon
