I am going shopping today. I will probably need lots of support. I am going to look into ordering those sups, they have had a lot of postive responses!
    Thanks again!

I have one in so far. She already picked up her Red Acid at a local Vitamin Shoppe and I saw her in the gym all jacked up!

This will be great motivation for her as she is hoping to do her first show next year. I will start her on a new program next week!!

Thanks for the replies terracotta and pu12n12g! Terracotta I have used your site quite a bit over the last year or two, it has been very helpful, and I like the new one now too. Thanks for all that information.

My endurance is very good, I play soccer twice a week and do cardio kickboxing 2 or 3 times a week.
I am lucky that I like most veggies, anything green, especially greenbeans. someone got me hooked on quinoa flakes, and I use it like oatmeal and put protein powder in it. I ran out 2 weeks ago and have been too lazy to go to the whole foods store to get it (I know that's pathetic) I do like the healthy stuff, like yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna etc. I also like chocolate and coke (my two biggest downfalls!) anything sweet (like fruit,) and other carbs like bread.

        Thanks again

How do you handle the carb cravings currently and do you cycle carbs at all ?

Are the cravings all day long ?

Should contestants keep a journal? That was not stated above, but just checking for another client considering.
