I was wondering when I should take these, Pre or Post, and maybe a time frame before or after lifting. 30 min, 45 min.. ect.. Thanks!

I drink maybe 1/4 just before and try to finish the rest off just before I finish my entire workout. Lately experimenting with up to 2-3 scoops of Wraath before, during and after my weight workout and then 1-2 more scoops after my cardio.kane@controlledlabs.com
