I just purchased those three products off of bb.com and I was wondering what would you recommend I should increase my water intake to be. Currently I was only taking creatine and my intake was atleast 135 ounces a day (8 x 16.9 oz aquafina bottle). I noticed by itself Triad says 1-2 gallons per day so should I up my water to about 2 gallons since I am going to be taking that and the GM at the same time. Thanks!

It may seem like alot, but you seriously won't notice it. I have a 56oz bottle I use for the gym and I go through it 2-3 times atleast in the time I'm there, and then walk around with the 8-12oz bottled waters for the rest of the day. You'll piss like a race horse but your kidneys and liver will love you for it.
