Green Mag - how many scoops

hey guys

whats the max i can/should consume in one go

im not sure if any of the batches of green mag have differnt scoop sizes - mine is 18cc

i usually take 2 scoops, this too much?

2 might be overkill, how tall are you and how much do you weigh?


When I was 290 I was taking 2 scoops, but now I'm only at 1 - 1.5.

2nd scoop is overkill... spend that $ on GG / WRAATH / FLOOD / etc...

just 1 scoop a day unless you are like 285+ pounds
