      From last summer until last December, I weight-lifted very foolishly, too frequently, not proportionately, overtrained, and was uneducated about nutrition, nutritional timing, etc. I had a few cosmetic surgeries that took me out of the gym for 3 full months (Jan - March of this year) and during that time I did a ton of research, reading and gaining knowledge about the human body, physical fitness, weight lifting, dieting, gaining muscle, losing fat, etc.

      For 2 solid months now, I have been on an all-out bulk using all the information I have learned to give my body the best chance at getting where I want it to be. 2 months down, my whole life to come.

      Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
      Day 1: Back
      Day 2: Chest
      Day 3: Legs
      Day 4: Arms
      Day 5: Shoulders
      Day 6: REST
      Day 7: OPTIONAL REST

      Here is a sample of my routine:

      Back Day:
      Exercise :: Weight(lbs) x Reps (Warm-up sets in italics)

      Romanian Deadlifts :: 135x8, 175x8, 195x6, 195x6

      Bent Over EZ Barbell Rows :: 100x6 (OH) for 3 sets

      DB Row :: 50x6, 65x6, 65x6

      Shoulder Grip Lat Pulldown :: 120x6, 130x6, 130x6

      Chest Day

      Flat Bench Barbell Bench Press :: 95x8, 95x8, 135x6, 165x1, 185x6, 185x5, 185x4

      Incline :: 135x6 for 3 sets

      Decline :: 175x5, 175x3, 155x5

      Cable Butterfly :: 70x6 for 3 sets

      Leg Day
      Exercise :: Weight(lbs) x REP (Warm-up sets in italics)

      Squats :: 45x8, 65x8, 135x6, 155x6, 155x6, 155x4

      Leg Press :: 315x6 for 3 sets

      Leg Extension :: 180x6, 195x6, 195x6

      Leg Curl :: 150x6, 150x5, 150x4

      Angled Calf Raises :: 240x6 for 3 sets

      Shoulder Day

      None. I'm on a full-on bulk.

      Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
      Aiming for 2500-3000 cals, 40% carb, 30% protein, 30% fat. Consists of fruits, vegetables, pasta, oats, bread, bagels, sushi, tuna, steak, chicken, turkey, salmon, peanut butter, and the occasional fast food.

      Current Daily water intake:

      2+ gallons

      Short Term Goal: Bulk until I am around 200lbs @ 12-15% bf

      Long Term Goal: 180-190lbs @ 10% bf

      ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
      None

      Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
      I have been taking the supplements listed above (with the exception of White Blood; began stacking WB w/ GB approximately 1 week ago) since April of this year. Before the above, my only supplement was All The Whey Whey Protein.

                      The (minor) problem is not many venders in Queens carry USA Today... more like The New York Times... but it's no big deal, i'll pick one up on the way to school (in Manhattan, where USA Today is everywhere, but nothing beats TNYT!)

                              Biggest Revenue

                              GM being a derivitive of GB, which I expect to have more profound results; I'm foreseeing that this will be the "Flagship" of the CL product line, and I guarantee will bring in the biggest revenue of any of their products to date.

                              I'm already seeing in the weeks and months to come, a "flood" of Green Magnitude logs. Once again CL, you gotta another "Home Run" coming!!!

                                hmmm....i didnt put a newspaper up for my one, just Purple Wraath tub.

                                I guess i'll leave this one for newbies.
