As I type this it was unanswered, but I'm sure it won't be by the time I finish, lol. Regardless, I'd love to be of any assistance and so the decision is yours but my services are always welcome. So without further ado..my resume.
Age: 20 (born Feb 21st 1986)
Sex: Male
Height: 5"9.5
Weight: 160
Bodytype: Mesomorph
Training experience: I've been lifting on and off since the 8th grade, so this is about my 7th year, although for the past 10 months its been harder than ever. I began as a chubby kid lifting for football, I was 185 at 5"8 and it was all fat. After an incident where I had to get a bone biopsy I was placed on crutches for a few months and exploded up to an even fatter 225. At this point I decided to make a change in my lifestyle and over the course of 8 months lost 85 pounds and got down to 134. I was crazy about my nutrition and my cardio and haven't even thought twice about going back to the fat days.
I've tried many different workout programs and supplements, and I'm proud to say I've stayed all natural through it all. As of late I feel comfortable in saying that training has transformed from more of a hobby for me and into a lifestyle which I take very seriously. I don't do this for the girls, I don't do it for records, and I don't do it to impress anyone. Training to me is a constant battle between me myself and I. Like all wars there is not always victory, sometimes I don't reach the goals I set for myself, sometimes I can't get the weights that I want to hit, but I keep coming back with even more effort and determination, and thats why I feel as if my training is successful.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Mondays and Thursdays are chest, shoulders and triceps
Tuesdays and Fridays are back, biceps, and abs
wednesday and saturday are legs
Sunday I rest
I typically lift heavy weight with lower reps. If you would like specific exercises that can be arranged too.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I've been taking a break from actual "cardio" work. However, my summer job is at Hersheypark and its a warehouse type job where I unload trucks, and move boxes all over the 110 acre or so property. Its a lot of walking up and downhill with carts that are sometimes 5x my bodyweight.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Well here goes, its not as impressive as some on these boards.
I'm on the "Ultimate Boost" CL stack, which includes:
Green Bulge
White Blood
Purple Wraath
GlycerGrow
Blue-Up (Stim version)
I also take GNC's megamen vitamin, and of course I supplement with whey.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
A typical day for me is as follows:
8 AM: 1 cup of oats (2 servings), 3 poached eggs, a cup of applesauce, and a glass of milk.
10 AM: Protein shake and typically some piece of fruit - usually a banana or apple
12 PM: 1 can of tuna
PWO: Protein shake + apple or banana, whichever I didn't have earlier
Dinner: Usually some form of chicken or beef, vegetables, and other - rice, pasta, sometimes potatos.
Close to before bed: Protein shake
Current Daily water intake: Minimum of 2 gallons, when I'm working out in the heat I'll drink gobs and gobs.
Short Term Goal: I'd like to flat bench 275 by the end of summer, I feel its very realistic
Long Term Goal: Stay active, injury free, and continue on my upward path.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
None, don't drink or smoke
Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
I've tried many different fat burners - from simple things like green teas to other products like lipo-6 and I was even on ephedra before it was ripped to shreds.
I've taken Creatine monohydrate, and I've also experimented with NO-xplode.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):
Current / Progress Photos: Can provide before photos if chosen, I keep monthly updates on my comp but typically don't upload them for public viewing, although in the name of science and testing this can easily be arranged.
Can you post "before" and "after" photos (yes or no): Yes, as well as provide measurements in both body fat and muscle size.
Disclaimer: I have read the terms above completely. I agree to them 100%. I do NOT have a medical condition. I do NOT feel that I MAY have a medical condition. I do not have symptoms of ANY medical condition. I will be able to start my log / review the week of June 15, 2006
I believe that was all that was required, any additional information that is desired do not hesitate to ask - I'm very forthcoming with anything and would love to help and just be involved in any way possible, whether its as a tester, pure consumer, or whatever need be.
Edit: Holy cow I actually was first - maybe I should stop checking this site every 2 minutesLast edited by Maestro973; 06-01-2006, 06:53 PM.

a bit of an edited re-post from my PW entry... Just thought i'd include myself in this
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Height: 5'10
Weight: 201lbs
Bodytype: True Mesomorph
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): Second year of training, now training with ex-Mr Natural Olympia. I have ALOT of bodybuilders in my family and i think it comes down to genetics. I started off at 151lbs and bulked right up to 211lbs within a year and a half of eating big and teaching myself the fundamentals of a bodybuilding lifestyle and training methods. Now that i've started with my training partner, i've cut down to 196lbs and am now working on building lean muscle. Since i've been with him, i've also become serious with nutrition and sleep in an attempt to get on stage in the near future. I currently only work part time so my rest, diet, and training are my number one priority. Based on my progress i believe i'm a True Mesomorph and look forward to the journey of natural bodybuilding.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
We follow a strict training schedule. Thats is; 4 weeks of heavy weight, 2 weeks of light weight/high reps. We've found that this way is best for giving the joints a rest and increasing strength and size. Every session we kill the muscle, whether it be heavy or light weight week. On heavy weight we do pyramids with warmups and 1-2 working sets. On lightweight week we do 2 sets of 30 reps per exercise. The light weight exercises differ to the heavy weight ones. Light weight weeks are always supersets.
Here is the breakdown:
Heavy Weight Week:
Monday - Hams/Dets
lying leg curls, SLDL, leg press, single leg lying leg curls
military press, lateral raises, front raises, rear delt incline raises, shrugs
Tuesday - Triceps/Biceps
dips, french curls, kick-backs
db curls, incline hammer curls, preacher curls
Wednesday - Cardio/Rest
30-60 mins of cardio or rest day
Thursday - Quads/Chest
leg extensions, squats, hack squats, reverse hack squats
incline db press, decline press, flat flyes, cable cross-overs
Friday - Back/Calves
wide grip lat pulldowns, deadlifts, barbell rows, seated wide grip rows
single leg standing calf raises, seated calf raises
Light Weight Week:
Monday - Legs
leg extensions SS (superset) with lying leg curls
lunges SS with weighted bench step ups
sissy squats SS with goodmornings
Tuesday - Shoulders
lateral raises SS with front raises SS with rear delt raises
smith machine shoulder press SS with shrugs
Thursday - Chest/Arms
smith machine incline press SS with incline cable flyes
decline smitch machine press SS with seated cable cross overs (from bottom)
tricep pulldowns SS with cable bicep curls
tricep extensions SS with seated bicep cable curls
dips SS with hammer 21's.
Friday - Back
deadlifts SS incline dumbbell rows
t-bar rows SS with lat pulldowns
wide grip seated rows SS with close grip reverse lat pulldowns
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I perform very limited cardio due to the fact that my workout plan is cardio in itself. When doing a cardio day, i do treadmill, bike, rower, cross trainer. I do each for about 15mins of interval intensity.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
TopNutrition Oligopeptide Isolate
Higher Power CEE
Optimum Tribulus
Glutamine
Purple Wraath
White Blood
Green Bulge
starting soon: Glycer Grow
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
• Meal 1- 1 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops protein, 6 egg whites, yoghurt
• Meal 2- 200g tuna with 2 cups of veggies
• Meal 3- 200g chicken breast, 1 handful broccoli, 1 handful cauliflower
• Meal 4 (Pre-workout)- 2 scoops protein, 1 glass apple juice
• Meal 5 (Post-workout) - 2 scoops protein, 1 glass apple juice
• Meal 6- 200g chicken breast, 2 cups of veggies
• Meal 7- 2 scoops protein
Current Daily water intake:
Daily water intake is very high. about 132oz a day, 36oz before/during workout (I measure by my shaker bottle. I have about 3 full bottles during workout and about 11 full bottles throughout the day. Most water is consumed during workout and while at work or traveling. (evening)
Short Term Goal:
short term goal is to build lean muscle to see what my physique would look like on stage. Also to see my weaknesses and wat to work on. I want to get harder and more defined. Looking to build muscle.
Long Term Goal:
long term goal is to get on stage at 200lbs LEAN contest weight. Beyond that i want to continue bodybuilding and continue gaining naturally. I want to have a hard, lean, healthy, big physique. I wanna be a mentor and personal trainer.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
i like to believe drugs are unecessary.
Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
i started off on a 50/50 weight gainer, have also used:
hmb + glutamine + creatine blend
tribulus
hydroxycut
white blood
green bulge
purple wraath
nutrabolics NOZ SC
nutrabolics NOZ ester stack
Omega Sports CEE Thunder
ON 100% Whey
Higher Power CEE

Syn-Tech Vita-Guard (multivitamin)
nitro-tech
cell-tech
not in that order (muscletech when i was uneducated )
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):

Age: 29
Sex: M
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 190
Bodytype: Endomorph
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
Started working out around age 17 after being kicked out of college. Lifted 7 days a week and ate everything in site. Put on a lot of weight and had some big muscle development. Was accepted back to school about 3 years later and fell into a pit of eating fastfood and drinking beer 24/7. After 5 years of that, I finally graduated and started working out and doing cardio. 4 years later I dropped about 30lbs of the weight gained at college and have only recently began to understand all of the flaws in my training regimen and diet. I started doing lots of cardio and high-rep lifting to lose weight before my wedding in Oct. '05. Since then I pay close attention to my meals each day and make it to the gym to workout at least 5 days a week. I am down to about 185 - 190lbs and approx. 16.2% body fat the last time I checked (2 weeks ago).
