TESTERS NEEDED to log / review CONTROLLED LABS - GREEN MAGnitude
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I have been seriously training for about 3 years now. When I first started, I weighed 245lbs and had never had any experience with weights. I began balancing my diet and training hard, and dropped just over 45lbs in just under 6 months. After that I decided to train for strength, and saw a huge increase in my lifts over the coming year and a half. I brought myself up to about 220lbs, and started experiementing with different types of creatine. I began running long distances and altered my training program to more endurance training. Over the past half a year, I have been in the process of tweaking routines to fit an endurance/strength program. I should be chosen because I feel my training offers something a bit different than the average lifter. I understand the importance of the big 3 lifts, but also the importance of a stable core and balance.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Right now, I have just completed the first week of Charles Poliquin's German Body Composition program:
Day One: Chest and Back
A1. 6 Incline Dumbbell Presses at 45-degree angle
Rest 10 seconds
A2. 12 Incline Barbell Presses at 45-degree angle
Rest 10 seconds
A3. 25 Incline Dumbbell Press at 30-degree angle
Rest 2 minutes
Repeat 3 times
I have added a fifth day, which incorporates ab and core work.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I try to run 5km at least twice a week. On top of that I try to alternate days of 20mins of brisk incline walking on the treadmill, and 20 mins of high HR training on the elliptical

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
On average i'm consuming about 2500 calories a day, 40% carbs and protein, 20% fat, with 10 or less grams of saturated fat
Current Daily water intake:
Minimum 2.5L
Short Term Goal: To complete the GBC program for a max period of 6 weeks, dropping body fat to close to about 10%
Long Term Goal:
Shortly before completing the GBC program, I plan on sitting down and creating a plan to increase my endurance, strength. This will be done in a similar fashion as the GBC, but without producing as much lactate. I plan on maintaining my new bf% while increasing my lbm atleast 15lbs
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
- Nutrabolics - NOZ. this was a creatine blend. I experienced some good gains on this product. But the price was too much to continue on with.
- Purple K. Minor gains, but nothing substancial.
- Allmax Isoflex. probably the best protein i've tried, but not from a price-point standpoint.
