    Body weight & supps...good thought here.

    I weigh 230 at 6' with about 18% body fat. Is this why I don't feel much with supps on an average serving that seems to affect others? I want to lose 20 lbs and increase muscle mass.

      you should try loose the weight first by lifting weight and cardio cardio and then naturally you'lll start gaining mass


      but it is very difficult to do it at the same time!!!!no matter what weight you are

        Just ordered my tub

        I just ordered my tub of Green Mag, I'm planning on dosing like this:

        pre-1/2 scoop GM 30 minutes pre-training with 1 scoop purple wraath and 20 whey isolate
        during-1/2 scoop purple wraath in water

        post-post workout shake and GM...MY QUESTION IS THIS: Is it most effective to mix the GM with my PWO shake? take it before the shake? take it some time after the shake?

        ...and do I take it on off days or cardio days?

        So psyched to start the GM
