  • just a couple of questions

    i just got my controlled labs stack yesterday and i can not wait until next week when football weights start! i just have a couple of question that have been on my mind.
    my stack includes=purple wraath, glycergrow, green magnitude, whey, now adam

    when and how am i suppose to take your supplements? and
    is the green mag suppose to be filled up halfway???

    i am excited to get this thing started!

    can i get a woot woot??

    yes, products are sold by weight, not volume. if you weigh your green mag it will be spot on.

    take green mag and glycergrow 45 minutes pre workout. take purple wraath 10 minutes pre and during the workout.

        When taking Glycergrow, Green Magnitude, Purple Wraath, and White Flood... what combinations would you recommend mixing together. Can be confusing since the timing for them is different.

          GG + GM

          PW + WF

            GM - 30-60 min pre

            PW - 10-30 min pre
            WF - 30-60 min pre

            If you mix PW and WF when is the ideal time to take it? I've also heard you're suppose to drink PW throughout the workout, should you do the same with WF?

              I would experiment with the WF on how soon prior to working out you should take it. Some people respond faster than others. I like to take mine 10 min pre w/o because I do 10 min cardio warm up and do not like to waste the effects of WF on cardio. I also started drinking PW during w/o and it kept my focus and enegy levels up.
