    Why do you have to use so much H2O when mixing WF? It calls for using 26-32 oz of H2O when most other pre drinks call for 4-20 oz.

            so using less liquid won't change the product in any way? it's only to make it taste better? because I could stand a worse taste if I could drink less liquid in the short amount of time before workout.

                  Start of wk 2 on WF and current stack. Noticing energy level picking up and becoming more constant. Broke one hell of a sweat through out entire work out. Able to push out more 1-2 more reps today on chest. Bicep w/o was stronger and shorter. Did 9 sets instead of 12. Increased the weight on all curl execises also. Biceps and chest were both contracting harder and feel and look fuller. Pump is remaining hours after work out.
