I've been researching the CL products for about a week now, and I'm ready to purchase a stack consisting of Purple Wraath, Green Mag and White Flood, but I have some concerns about whether or not these products work well with my routine.
My morning schedule looks like this:
5:45 AM - Oatmeal/whey
6:15 AM - Workout
7:00 AM - Post-workout shake
I want to take WF/PW pre-workout, then GM/PW during.
Will my 5:45 meal interfere with the WF/PW? Is there something better I could be eating that wouldn't interfere? If the food won't interfere, when should I take the WF/PW?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I'm super stoked to try this stuff out!
