    6g Fish Oil/day
    4g Sesamin/day

    This is my cutting stack... gonna take whey only in the morning and PWO. Taking the casein at night... duh.

    What do you think?

    Maybe I'll do a log if CL wants to give me something in exchange?

    It looks good, but I'd cut the fish oil back to only 2-3g per day. 6g is too much, especially with the sesamin included. It could act as a blood thinner with doses that high.

    The rest looks good bro!

        Most of the studies I've seen always have Fish Oil dosages at 4-6g per day...

        What if I did 3g of each ? Would I still get all of the benefits from both?

              Sorry, didn't see the post till now. 3g of each is a very good dose scheme IMO.
