takes about a week or so to start noticing some benefits. time of the day doesnt matter since its a gradual process.

I found more success using it about 15 - 30 minutes out from a workout as compared to at night. Of course that's how my body reacted to it, yours may be different. Experimentation is key!

I also employ the 5 on 2 off method because of the long jack inclusion. The results seem to be slightly better using that method.
