Really this could be for any thermogenic, and by that, I mean the reputed ones (RA, Scorch, Lipo 6, Hot Rox, etc.). I'm curious as to what the average metabolic boost would be from said thermogenics? I know there are a lot of variables, but play along anyways.

That's why some people expect too much from fatloss products... but most fatloss products have more to them than just metabolic boost.

Also, just out of curiosity, while going through my daily calories and expenditures, I realized I'm essentially at about 1200 (+- 200) calories for the day. Again, this is after my usual intake of about 2300 (+- say 150-200). I've been doing more cardio and similar weights, so I figured that alone to be ~900 calories right there. So even though maintenance for my height/weight/age is ~2800-3100, I should be losing weight. But would it be better for me to add a refeed day or a day where my calories ARE about 3000 and then start back dropping?
