  • 300lb man need more green magnitude?

    Should I be taking more than the 1 recommended dose of Green Magnitude because of my size.

    My stack consist of the following.
    Red Acid (2) before morning cardio
    Red Acid (2) at lunch
    3 Blue Up 45 mins before workout
    1 scoop of Green Magnitude 45 mins before workout
    3 White Blood 45 mins before workout
    2 scoops of Purple Wrath 15 mins before workout and throughout

    Does weight have any effect on how much creatine I should be taking?

    I have been on these suppliments for 2 days now, except for the White Blood I just recieved in the mail today. I will take that for the first time tonight for my arm workout.

    Also my workout routine consist of the following:

    Lift weights in PM monday - saturday
    1 hr of cardio in AM 6 days a week

      odds are you probably dont need more than that, but you can try experimenting with another 1/3 - 1/2 scoop postworkout.

        I am close to 300 (was up to 291, but at 282-286 now) and I was finding that I was taking 1.5 scoops of GM Pre, anything less then that I wouldnt feel it as much. I suggest you test it out and see what it does for you.

        Great stack by the way, you'll love it!
