could be, but remember some of the largest companies (think verizon, cable companies, etc) have the worst customer service. when you get to a certain size its much harder to keep the culture and service up to par becuase there are many more managers. some of the smallest companies like nutraplanet have outstanding customer service.

Yep, nutraplanet is taking over for bulknutrition.... and they timed it very well (sometimes timing is everything).
