    started the combo today

    nothing amazing to say but another decent workout

    i felt not pumped persay but pretty full post workout which usually dissappears fast

    i only did 1 serving of each 15-30mins preworkout

    i will not post a seperate log. but instead just include it in my normal workout log

    mix = 10 after 5mins
    taste = 9 its fine. just needed to add alittle more water only did like 10-15oz for the 2 products

      humm not sure but how do i take bcaa products on off days? as an inbtw meal thing or not needed or?

        Glad you're having better luck with your GM and PW stack. I started mine about 3 days ago, taking 2 scoops of PW and 1 scoop of GM pre-workout, and i dont feel ANYTHING. Not even a tingling from the PW, the only tingling i feel is on my lips, thats it. I'm really dissapointed, at first when i was taking 1 scoop of PW i didnt feel anything, and i was dissapointed then, but now that im doing 2 scoops + GM and still nothing. Hope something goes right..

          For the Green MAG, most start to feel and the effects kick in about 1 week into taking the supplement, some sooner. On the PW, 2 scoops is the normal dosage but the first initial dosage is to test your tollerance to the supplement and allows you to adjust from there. You do need to tak it with more water. What is your water consumption through the workout and total for the day?
